Step 1: First you have to sign for a Zoho Creator account if you don’t have one yet. You can sign up through their website or by contacting an authorised partner such as Duple. Zoho Creator is one the most affordable, cost-effective low code platforms on the market and they offer a free trial version for first time sign ups.

Step 2: Once signed up, open https://www.creator.zoho.com in your browser. Click on the Create Application option in the top right corner of your homepage as displayed in the picture below.

Step 3: Select the Create from scratch option from the Create Application dialog.

Step 4: Specify the Application Name in the text box provided

Step 5: Click on Create. The Application will be created and the Form builder will be displayed with a blank Form. By default, you will be in the Form Properties section.

Step 6: Specify the Form name in the Form title field.

Step 7: Add the required fields to your Form by simple drag-n-drop, as shown in the screen-shot below.

Step 8: Specify the Field Name in Field Properties -> Field Name text box.

Step 9: Zoho Creator creates a default report for the form which will be listed under Reports.

Step 10: Select Access this application button to submit data to your form and view data. The data submitted through your form will be displayed in the Report.

By default, the applications created in Zoho Creator is private and is accessible only by the owner of the application.
